What will the club discount cover? alginments, or just tires?

Got a set of Dick Cepek 33x12.50 Mud Countries at the Glofelty in Bridgeport today,

No pretty sure its $10 a tire, 10% would be less than $178 a tire.

5 tires mounted and balanced, and alignment = $985

The one in Morgantown gave me 10% off...... I am pretty sure.

Maybe ill get my next set of rims and tires from em =), looks like they have good selection

They are really good there. They will be at the jeep show too, so you can get a chance to talk with Joel, he's a great guy.

keep in mind when reading this that this is just 1 persons opinion on this local vendor, this is my personal experiance with this shop and should not be construed as anything other than FEEDBACK from a jeep owner and potential customer.


last week before all the bad things started happening in my life....

i got quotes for 4 new BFG KM2 in 35 x 12.50 15..  

(keep in mind i had 4 bare aluminum rims with NO tires/ or weights  on them...

all that was needed was to mount/balance, i had them off the jeep and laying on a trailer..)


i emailed for price quotes from Glotfelty, Sankbiel tire, Tire Lady, and 4wheelparts online.

Fred @ glotfelty was very prompt in returning my emails,

but was also not willing to budge at all,


It didn't seem to matter that i was a member of jeepinWV..


It didn't matter that there was none of the extra work required IE: remove old tires from vehicle, dis-mount old tires, do an alignment, etc, yada yada  

this should have been a no-brainer...    

he did offer to do an alignment later after i install the wheels/new tires back on my jeep...  (and no John i did not go into my home alignment with him )

needless to say, that's twice i have tried to buy tires from Glotfelty, both times the same scenario...  bare rims, just sell me tires and mount/balance  

and both times some other company was willing to budge a little and get the sale.  

at the end of the day...


i went with Sankbiel Tire and saved just over $60.00

all i did was drop off my trailer with the rims laying on it at 12:15pm and picked it back up at 3:45pm loaded with new tires strapped down to it..

I highly recommend Jeff at Sankbiel Tire located at 3601 Earl L. Core Road in Morgantown right next to PASS.

he knocked off $10 a tire for being a JeepinWV member, and the alignment was cheaper than other places... well, not cheaper than your driveway.

^^^^ I was there and saw Joes price list and Glotfelty was highest price out of the 4. So do your shopping guys before you think your getting a great deal there.

I got my DC Mud Country's at Glotfelty, the price was about as equal as anywhere online especially after shipping.  Plus this was my first time getting MT's so I really wanted to see them in person before I shell out that kinda cash without seeing them first.  I had great service, they even installed my spacer lift for next to nothing and got me hooked up with an alignment.

Rolled in around 9 am, and was rollin outta there before noon.

I got 4 -33*12.50*15 DC Mud Country's mounted and balanced for $803. They are awesome on the street cant wait to see how they do off road. GLOTFELTY is OK in my book.
