Yeah about 175-225 going rate for a decent looking one. Now all I need to find is the money to buy it.

only sad thing is is after you buy the for around 200.00 then the flip kit for 500.00 and change...the 4 to 1 for 500 and some change and a 100.00 clocking ring you can pick yourself up an Atlas for pennies more.
2000 XJ.....lets see what happens

or, run 7:13 gears instead of the 4:1 low, leave it pass drop and get a clocking ring..call it done.

I would rethink 7.17 gears if your running a 60 rear.....

Thats when it was going to have the stock 4.0 with no horsepower

now with the LSX motor it's getting either 5.86 or 6.17

Top Speed (wheel speed) is 103 for 6.17 and 112 for 5.86

Thats with the rev limiter at 6k it sound spin 6600 easy but theres no point I'd rather it live longer than get an extra 600 rpm out of it

I'm not getting 4.1 kit either it should be fine with the rear gear thats going it. It's not like I'm going to drive more than a mile or two on paved roads at best

I said that only because of the pinion size. They get really small anything above a 5.86. Our 5.38s are about perfect IMO.

I know they get weaker the lower the gear ... I'm trying to keep it geared low enough I don't have to crawl up stuff at 20 mph..
