Rubicon factory tire size options for 16's

Did any Rubi's come with anything bigger than a 245/75/16 stock? Maybe like a 265/75/16?

245/75/16 stock

Assuming you mean TJs, they were all 245s.

There are a bunch of sizes available for 16 wheels if that's the question.
'02 KJ 3.7 V6 45RFE
Frankenlift-3" or so
245/75-16 MT/R
Skids
RRO rockrails
Cook Bros. diff guard
Powertrax No-Slip and no sway bar-not exactly a backroad bullet
10LB. Powertank system
