Hello, Fellow Jeepers
« on: March 25, 2019, 01:20:29 PM »
I attended my first ride with the group over the weekend on the Greet the Sun ride.  Had a blast and look forward joining the group for many more outings.

I'm Greg, and I drive a Flame Red 2011 JK 2 door with a 2 1/2" JKS JSpec lift on 295/70R17 Cooper ST Maxx tires mounted to Quadratec Hard Rock wheels.  I've got a few other little goodies added to the lift like Core 4x4 front upper and lower control arms, TerraFlex HD tie rod, drag link, and ball joints, and an adjustable JKS rear track bar.

I was the guy that backed into the huge mud hole when we were lining up for the group picture and had to get pulled out.   :-[  Shouldn't have trusted my back up camera so much!

Anyway, I look forward to getting to know you guys better and attending more events in the future.

Greg

Welcome Greg!  Sounds like you are setup well. Sorry I missed this ride for sure.

And don’t worry, we all get stuck sometime or another :-).

I remember that Jeep. Welcome aboard!! I was in the red XJ with my son. You weren’t stuck, you were giving trailmastersteve the opportunity to function test his equipment.

That's a great way to look at it!  Thanks for the tug, Steve!

My girlfriend swears she has whiplash!  In her defense, I did bottom out on the frame and back bumper pretty hard in reverse.

She'll be with me on the next run, though.   We both had fun.

I wish I'd met up with you guys back in 2016 when I bought my Jeep.
