Burning Rock Trail Clean Up/Work Party

March 22-24th will be the first dates for trail work.   You can come anyone of the three days or all three days.    What ever works.   We will meet at the office then head out for 9am to get to work.

Jeep, truck and SUV enthusiast we are looking for people to help cut new trails and work on the existing trail network.   BRORP has been working around the winter weather to increase the trail network for the “full-size” crowd.  This spring is an exciting time to come out and help grow the trail network for years to come.

So, what are we looking for?  Clubs, groups or individuals who can come help clear some trails with us.  How does this work?  What we do is a 50/50 deal for anyone that comes out and helps. The plan for each trail cutting day will look like this.  Spend the morning working with our trail crew cutting and working on the trails.  Around lunch time we will treat the crew to a free hot dog lunch back at the trail head (main office).  After lunch you then get the chance to play on the new trails you helped cut as well as explore the other trails in the park.

For those who have helped in the past we can’t thank you enough and hopefully you will join us again.  Not sure or have never been to a trail cutting?   It is a chance to have bragging rights to help name and run the trails for the first time.  Some of the best stories come from trail cutting days.
